TALK TO RYMA

How to get the most out of Ryma.

It can be hard to get used to talking with AI tools like Ryma. But that is exactly what she is built for. Through your conversations she logs your patterns and symptoms, gets to know you, and offers advice and guidance based on the data she is trained on. We have made a guide to help you get started, so it feels as natural as possible.

1
Talk like you would to a friend
You do not need medical language or the right terms. Just tell Ryma what you are experiencing, and she makes sure to capture all the data.
  • I woke at three again last night, completely drenched. That is the third time this week.
  • I have mood swings that come and go. It is really exhausting and it affects my relationship and my energy.
  • I have started doing yoga in the mornings and going to bed earlier, so we will see if it helps. I feel it is a good place to start.
2
Ask questions
Ryma knows a lot, so do not hold back. Ask her all the questions you have, and she gives advice and guidance or finds sources that can help you.
  • Could my hot flushes be linked to my diet?
  • What is the difference between perimenopause and menopause?
  • What can I tell my doctor about my symptoms?
  • What research has been done on HRT?
3
Share as much as you can
The more context you give, the better Ryma can see patterns. Feel free to mention what was happening around your symptom: what you ate, how your day was, whether you did anything in particular, or whether you were stressed, tired, or in a good mood.
  • Hot flush in the middle of the meeting today. I had not eaten lunch and drank two cups of coffee instead.
4
Tell her about changes
Have you changed medication? Started exercising? Cut out coffee? Changed your sleep routine? That is gold for Ryma. Changes in lifestyle and treatment are often what make patterns visible.
  • I started taking magnesium a week ago. My sleep is actually a little better.
5
You can pause whenever you talk
It is completely fine to pause or lose your train of thought when you talk with Ryma. She will catch all of it.
6
Mention the things that feel small too
Many menopause symptoms seem insignificant on their own: brain fog, mood swings, dry skin, joint pain, low libido. But together they form a picture. Tell Ryma about all of it, including what you would normally write off as just a bad day.
7
Set your own pace
Ryma adapts to you. If you want to talk with her every day, do that. If you prefer once a week, that is just as good. Tell Ryma what suits you, and she respects it.
  • I would like to hear from you a couple of times a week, not daily.
  • I need you to check in a bit more often, since I am testing a new treatment with my doctor. Check in every day, please.
8
Prepare for your doctor visit
Ask Ryma for a summary before your next consultation. You get an overview of your symptoms, patterns, and any changes, ready to share with your clinician.
  • Can you make a summary for my doctor? I have an appointment on Thursday.
  • Ryma, send me the link to my report. I need to bring it to the doctor on Wednesday, what is important to focus on?

What our first users have
said about Ryma.

For the first time I have words for what I have been feeling for months. Ryma asked good questions that gave me calm, and I felt in control.
Mette, 44
8-week user
My report made me feel prepared and able to give my doctor a clear picture of my symptoms, so the conversation was not about age or stress, but about concrete patterns.
Anne, 52
4-week user
The great thing is that I do not have to remember anything. I just write or talk when I have time, and Ryma gathers it all. It is like having someone who keeps track of it for me.

Ryma's clinical foundation

Ryma is built on the latest clinical knowledge of menopause and the menopausal transition. Our AI is trained on data from the KiSO study, peer-reviewed research, international clinical guidelines, and validated medical literature on hormonal change, symptom management, and treatment. That means the insights you get rest on the same evidence base your doctor works from, translated into language you can use in everyday life.
