SPOKESPEOPLE

Who you can talk to

Louise and Christian are available for interviews.

Louise Bæk SedocLouise Bæk SedocCo-founder and CEO

Louise Bæk Sedoc is co-founder and CEO of Ryma – a solution she was missing through her own experience. “I was the woman in the waiting room with 47 notes on my phone, trying to make sense of my own symptoms.” Ryma exists so the women who come after her can start from a better place, with their own record in their own words.

Louise is building Ryma from the ground up, with the ambition of supporting women across every stage of the female cycle. It brings together what her career has taught her: how data works, what drives women’s product adoption, and the value of shared experiences among women. Before Ryma, Louise built her career in ad tech, then in brand and commercial leadership across health and wellness, most recently as CMO of Nordic Well Group. In 2017, she founded Shivers, a community for female entrepreneurs.

Christian KanstrupChristian KanstrupChairman of the Board

Christian Kanstrup is Chairman of the Board at Ryma. He brings more than 25 years of experience in the life science industry and broad experience in health tech to the role. His career includes senior leadership roles at Novo Nordisk, among them Senior Vice President for Biopharm Operations, Senior Vice President for Strategy, Access and Marketing, and General Manager for Region China. After Novo Nordisk, he became Executive Vice President for the Nordics, Baltics and UK at Mediq, and later CEO of the US Nasdaq-listed biotech company Evaxion. Today he is Chief Business Officer at Idun Biologics and chairs the boards of InnoStrat and Triba Health. Christian also brings board experience from both listed and private companies, along with broad experience in business development and capital markets.

About Ryma

Ryma is a platform that helps women going through menopause understand their hormonal health. Through ongoing conversations, Ryma automatically turns each woman's symptoms and lived experience into concrete knowledge she can act on. The result: better-informed decisions in her everyday life, a stronger foundation for personalised treatment and, over time, a better dataset for research.

What Ryma is and is not

Ryma does not diagnose, does not prescribe and does not recommend medication. The clinical assessment belongs with the woman's own doctor. Ryma is not a medical device.
