Get to know your symptoms and your body again, so you can take action and take back control.
A consultation lasts fifteen minutes. The rest of the time, you are the one keeping track of it all. Ryma does it with you.
Symptoms, sleep, mood, treatment, appointments and blood tests are often scattered across notes and memory. Ryma brings them together in one overview, from what you tell it.
Ryma turns your patterns into a focus plan, one thing at a time, and gathers the questions you want to ask your doctor.
Ryma is there when symptoms show up, at night too. And when you see your doctor, your symptoms, timeline and questions are on one page.
You talk, Ryma does the rest. No forms, no daily checklists.
Say what you feel. Ryma listens and takes note.

I used to brush changes off, one at a time. Training was my lifeline, until poor sleep and joint pain made it impossible. I treated everything as separate, and so did my doctors. ‘There’s nothing wrong,’ I was told. Over time, the uncertainty made me doubt my own experiences. With Ryma, I can get my thoughts out of my head, capture changes as they happen and piece together the bigger picture — without adding another task to my day. It helps me ask better questions and take charge of what's next. I'm going for 80 — and I'm still sprinting.
When I entered menopause, I had a lot of symptoms but no words for them. I just knew I didn't feel like I used to. With Ryma I started to see a pattern: when I slept badly, when the hot flushes came, and what was connected to what. The biggest thing for me was that I finally understood my own symptoms. When I was sitting with my doctor, I could explain exactly what was going on, instead of just saying I was tired. It made for a completely different conversation.
I think it is really nice to have a place where I can get feedback on my symptoms and suggestions for how to ease or improve them. At the same time, my symptoms and my cycle are registered and tracked over time. It gives me a better overview, and I can bring a complete report to my doctor, so we have a concrete starting point for talking about possible treatments.
